1. Before sending e-mail to technical support please take the time to check the following:

• First of all Check System Requirements for your product (you can find System Requirements in Help or README file).
• Try to search Help Documentation - it's most likely that the answer is right there!
• You can also find information in Windows Help if it is related to security issues, user accounts and network troubleshooting

    If you can not resolve a problem anyway, you may send e-mail to technical support.

2. You can use only English or Russian language when sending e-mail to us. Other languages are not supported.
